NATIONAL FEDERATION OF THE BLIND
SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
The National Federation of the Blind annually recognizes 30 students nationally by the awarding of scholarships. Information on how-to apply for these scholarships can be found on the National Federation of the Blind Scholarship Information Webpage.
NFB OF KANSAS: Kenneth Tiede Memorial Scholarships
The National Federation of the Blind of Kansas gives up to three Kenneth Tiede Memorial Scholarships to students who are legal residents of the State of Kansas and who will study either at a technical school or at a college or university. In addition, the winner must be able to attend the State Convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Kansas in the fall of 2007. We use the same form as is used by our National organization. If you are applying for a National scholarship, send your application as instructed above to Peggy Elliott, but send a second copy of your application to --

To apply for a National Federation of the Blind of Kansas scholarship, you must contact an Officer or a Board Member and ask that person to supply a Letter of Recommendation.
